Emily Robinson

Emily Robinson is a retired banking professional, with 29 years of experience in leadership positions with FirstBank, one of the nation’s largest privately held financial institutions. During her career, she held a variety of officer positions including Market President and Regional President, before finishing her career as FirstBank’s Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Emily became the first female to serve on FirstBank’s Executive Committee. She was named winner of The Denver Business Journal’s C-Suite award in 2019 and Outstanding Woman in Business in Banking, Finance, and Accounting in 2017.

Emily enjoys community service and currently serves on Craig Hospital Foundation’s Board and Finance Committee. Previous community affiliations include nine years of board service for Community First Foundation where she collaborated with El Pomar Foundation to expand Colorado Gives Day across the state of Colorado.  Additionally, Emily served on the State of Colorado’s Banking Board for seven years and El Pomar’s Metro Regional Council for eight years, prior to her appointment as El Pomar Trustee in 2023.

Emily lives in Golden, Colorado and is a proud breast cancer survivor.
