Living in Colorado Springs
We really love Colorado Springs, and think you will, too
Colorado Springs is the 2nd largest city in the state, with a metro population of roughly 680,000. While the Springs has all the perks of a big city (such as arts and culture, events, and diversity), it still has that small town feel, with strong pockets of community and incredible access to the outdoors.
City Activities and Culture
Colorado Springs has plenty to do, throughout the week and on the weekend! Enjoy live music at quality concert venues, authentic meals at trendy restaurants, or trips to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, which was ranked the 3rd best zoo in North America! The Springs also offers exposure to a wealth of art and culture, particularly through Downtown Partnership’s First Friday event, which features art exhibitions, live music, and special events on the first Friday of every month.

Access to the outdoors
You’ve probably heard about Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, or the Manitou Incline, which are just three examples of the amazing outdoor recreation spaces that Colorado Springs has to offer. Whether you prefer scenic drives on paved roads with your car radio on, or getting out your hiking poles to trek through the wilderness, the Springs will undoubtedly offer you views of a lifetime, anywhere from sandy red rocks to snow-capped mountain peaks.
Office Space
While we love the beauty of this city and all it has to offer, we acknowledge that most people spend the majority of their weekday in the office. That is why we feel so fortunate to office adjacent to The Broadmoor and in El Pomar’s historic Penrose House, both nestled at the base of North Cheyenne Cañon Park. Even days spent entirely at work still provide views of deer trotting across the yard, and the mountains, from a boardroom window.
