Elevating Leadership Development enhances the skills, knowledge, and network of leaders of color through leadership development and civic engagement opportunities, and by celebrating ethnic diversity. The purpose of this event is to recruit new ELD members, share information about Leadership Pueblo, and connect individuals to board and volunteer service with local nonprofits.
